Donna Winship is from Virginia, and once upon a time worked in Title and Real Estate. Now, she is the Area Manager for First American Home Warranty and has quickly become my go to person when I need anything from the company. We met over the telephone, and our relationship was purely virtual for almost a year. After working tirelessly together for two of my clients with their home warranty, we decided we needed to meet in person. When we met, Donna was everything I thought she would be, and then some!
She has a charming, polite southern accent that I adore, and her kindness is so genuine that you can't miss it. She truly cares about making sure those with First American are serviced properly, and if there is ever a hiccup, she is quick to move things along until they are fixed. Donna knows the in's and out's of the company, who to call, and always answers her phone. In fact, I called her one day, she was driving, and she pulled over just so she could talk to me undisturbed.
